The Platform is operated under a UAE Administrative Consultancy & Studies Activity License.

All content is strictly educational and informational in nature. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any personalised professional advisory service. Moneykar is not registered as an investment adviser, insurance broker, or tax professional under any regulatory authority including SEBI (India), CBUAE, SCA, or FSRA (UAE). 3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• If you are below 18, you may browse public content on the Platform but may not register or submit any personal data.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information.

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as the primary jurisdiction under which Moneykar operates its Administrative Consultancy & Studies Activity License. For users accessing the Platform from India, relevant provisions of Indian law apply concurrently where they do not conflict with UAE law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation, and if mediation fails, to the courts of the UAE having appropriate jurisdiction.
